About OfflineDekho
OfflineDekho is a local business listing and discovery platform operated by Shiv Pravaah Exporter. We help local shops, sellers and service providers build an online presence and get discovered by customers in their area.
Businesses join OfflineDekho by choosing a subscription plan. In return, we list their business and products on our platform and promote them through digital marketing, local search engine optimisation (Local SEO) and lead generation. When a nearby customer shows interest, we pass that enquiry — a "lead" — directly to the business so they can complete the sale.
OfflineDekho earns only from the subscription fees that businesses pay for these services. We do not buy or resell our partners' products, and we do not collect payments from customers on a business's behalf.

- A customer enquires — an interested customer contacts you through the platform. This enquiry is a lead.
- We deliver the lead — we send it straight to you by dashboard, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- You close the sale — you connect with the customer and complete the sale directly with them.
How payments work
The only payments made through OfflineDekho are the subscription fees that businesses pay for our services. Here is how the money moves:
- Choose a subscription plan on offlinedekho.com.
- Pay securely through Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit card, net banking or a wallet.
- Razorpay processes the payment and settles it to OfflineDekho's bank account, held in the name of Shiv Pravaah Exporter.
- Your subscription activates, and your listing and marketing go live.
